Description
The Weight and Wellness Center offers services in both medical and surgical weight loss to help each individual patient achieve peak wellness in the safest and most effective way possible. A variety of bariatric surgeries including gastric bypass surgery and gastric band surgery are offered, led by Dr. Sajani N Shah, MD. Registered therapists and dieticians are also available to help patients reach and maintain a healthy weight through changes in lifestyle.
