Wayne is a senior portfolio manager of the Columbia Small and Mid-Cap Growth portfolios. Prior to joining Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2006, he worked at Neuberger Berman and Schroder Capital Management. He holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Portland.
